Good morning Reader! I cannot believe summer is gone and school has started (at least here in Central Florida). Talk about the dog days of summer, we have been hitting the high 90s with feel-like temperatures in the 110s! Be sure you are staying hydrated during the extreme heat. I know other parts of the country are in the heat wave as well. Water with added hydration supplements plus hydrating foods such as cucumbers and watermelons with keep your body hydrated during the day. I have exciting news! I have a new blog focusing on the health and well-being of women. Yes, I am still a Rodan and Fields consultant, but this whole journey has always been about more than skincare. My goal is to Empower women to radiate confidence and embrace their true potential. We will discuss skincare secrets, mindful exercise, nourishing foods, cycle syncing, and mental health empowerment.
